Barber won over Montana De La Rosa by unanimity during UFC Fight Night 205 held on the 23rd of April, 2022. Barber was a fighter against Jessica Eye in UFC 276 on the 2nd of July the 2nd of July, 2022. She replaced Casey O'Neill. The victory was a unanimous one. This was the final fight of Barber's contract with UFC. The fighter resigned at the end of that year. Barber defeated Andrea Lee via a unanimous decision on the 25th of March 2023 in UFC Fight Night Vera Vs. Sandhagen.
